Forget about red tape. We’ve kept the paperwork to a minimum and we will guide you through step by step.

You’ll be paid a very competitive hourly rate. Pays are deposited weekly. Superannuation is paid into your choice of Fund, this means 9% on top of your wage is paid by Future for all the hours you work.

How does Future work?

Once we’ve had a chat with you and we know what you’re after we can place you at a workshop or site that’s suitable.

On a day to day basis you’ll be under the instruction of the Workshop Management and you will work as part of the team in that Workshop. Officially though, you will be employed by Future. This means that we pay your Wages, Superannuation, Insurance, Personal Protective Equipment and we take care of all the paperwork too.

You are not bound by any contract to work for a set amount of time; the choice is yours to leave as you please. There is no cost involved for anyone to work for Future.

What paperwork do I need to get started?

You’ll need:

Your Resume (CV) or a list of skills and previous employers. If you don’t have a CV we can create one for you based on the information you provide us.
Any Trade Certificates.
Any valid certificates or licences you have.
Your Tax File Number, Bank Account details and Super Fund details.

But I want a Full Time position?

No worries. After working as a permanent casual (usually over a period of 3 months) and if all goes well, you could be offered a Full Time position by Workshop Management.

At Future we will make the transition to Full Time Employment easy.

What about Training?

Some of our Client’s require you to have specific training prior to starting the job. If this is the case, we will arrange it all for you.
